Jon Lockie, PE, serves as the Facilities Engineering Department Manager and Project Engineer (Team Leader) at Matrix Technologies, Inc., where responsibilities include designing and leading major engineering projects for clients in the petro-chemical, food, and industrial sectors since April 2009. Prior experience includes a role as a Millwright at Pruden Millwright from May 2007 to August 2008, focusing on design and fabrication for grain handling systems, and as an Engineer at the Defiance County Engineer's Office from May 2005 to January 2007, where duties involved site layouts, boundary surveys, and bridge inspections. Jon Lockie earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Toledo between 2008 and 2010, having also studied at Ohio Northern University from 2005 to 2007.
