Liz Sellers is an experienced microbiologist currently working at Matrix Sciences since October 2021, following a role as a laboratory technician in the Microbiology Department at Deibel Laboratories from August 2017. Prior experience includes serving as an inventory arborist for the City of Covington, Kentucky, where a project involved tagging city-maintained trees and entering biotic data, and a summer internship at the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden, focusing on invertebrate and avian husbandry and participating in American Burying Beetle restoration. Earlier roles include analyzing environmental samples at Severn Trent Services and holding various positions in microbiology and organic extractions at EBMUD. Liz Sellers holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Northern Kentucky University.
