Mariusz Durka has extensive experience in production management, having worked at Matrix Polymers since November 2006, where the roles include Kierownik produkcji, Mistrz, and Operator. Prior to this, Mariusz was employed at Jerónimo Martins from September 2004 to March 2006 as a Kasjer. Mariusz Durka holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Uniwersytet Szczeciński, completed between October 2007 and July 2009, and also studied at Wielkopolska Wyższa Szkoła Humanistyczno-Ekonomiczna from October 2004 to June 2007.
