Jean-Marc Novène currently serves as the Deputy General Manager and co-founder of Matrix Pack Group, specializing in the development of sustainable Paper Drinking Straws and Fibre Foodservice Packaging. Since January 2019, Jean-Marc has been a member of the Board at 360° Foodservice and has founded the European Paper Drinking Straw Supply Chain Task Force, uniting 16 multinational companies to uphold EU standards. Previously, Jean-Marc was a member of the Board at ADRA from January 2008 to January 2023, where Jean-Marc launched "Les Rencontres de l'ADRA," a successful annual event for purchasing professionals. Earlier career experience includes serving as Deputy General Manager at Kerneos from 2000 to 2017. Jean-Marc is an alumnus of INSEAD and Chimie ParisTech - PSL.
