Irina Shvartsberg is an experienced professional in the financial and technology sectors, currently serving as an AML Program Manager at Matrix USA since October 2024. Prior to this role, Irina held the position of Technology Head of Market Surveillance & Monitoring at Barclays from August 2009 to November 2024, where senior leadership was demonstrated in business analysis and program management for Market and Control Room Surveillance Technology. Irina has also worked as a Senior Project Manager at NICE Actimize, focusing on client-oriented implementations for Brokerage Surveillance and Anti Money Laundering products, and began a career at JPMorgan Chase as a Project Manager/Business Analyst managing risk and P&L projects. Irina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Marketing and Finance from Baruch College and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Kiev.
