Latha Ganesh is an experienced executive assistant with a demonstrated history of supporting senior leadership across various industries. Currently serving at Matrix Partners India since October 2019, Latha previously held positions as an executive assistant at Egon Zehnder from July 2018 to September 2019 and at SABMiller for a decade in roles that included administration, executive assistance to the Director of Corporate Affairs, and various secretarial positions in HR and sales. Latha's career began at TTK Healthcare TPA as an HR-Admin and executive secretary from 2007 to 2008. Latha holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from the University of Mumbai and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
