Guido Lohnherr has extensive experience in leadership and consulting within the fields of business and academia. Since 1998, Guido has served as the Managing Partner at matrix GmbH & Co. KG, and since February 2020, as Managing Director of matrix gGmbH. Prior roles include Project Manager at Kienbaum Unternehmensberatung GmbH, where focus areas included science policy and management strategies, and Project Manager at the Wissenschaftsrat der Bundesregierung, conducting analyses on study durations and success rates at German universities and technical colleges. Education was pursued across multiple European cities, including Münster, Berlin, London, Paris, and Warsaw from 1986 to 1991.
