Plamen Ovcharov started their work experience in 2015 as a .NET Developer at Dot Net Bulgaria. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at ScaleFocus as a Software Engineer. Currently, they are employed at Matrix Eastern Europe as a Full Stack Developer.

Plamen Ovcharov obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems from the University of Economics - Varna in the period from 2009 to 2013. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Network Security at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski from 2013 to 2016.
