Michael Pond has a range of work experience in operations and management roles. Michael worked at Matilda Jane Clothing as Director of Operations since March 2016. Prior to that, they were a Focus Factory Manager at Therma-Tru Doors from November 2015 to March 2016. From July 2012 to November 2015, they were a Plant Manager at Kennedy Manufacturing. Before that, they worked as an Operations Manager at Guardian Automotive Products, Inc. from 2008 until July 2012.

Michael Pond earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Chemistry & Psychology from Purdue University. From 2002 to 2004, they pursued an MBA degree, specializing in Chemistry and Business, at Indiana Wesleyan University.
