Jane Rowland currently serves as a Client Partner at Mathys+Potestio / The Creative Party® where responsibilities include providing strategic guidance to clients, leveraging market insights, and creating content using tools such as Canva and ChatGPT. Previously, Rowland worked as a Senior Consultant at Talisman Advisory Partners, focusing on talent advisory solutions. Before that, as a Senior Recruiter and Account Manager at Adaptive Business Group, expertise was demonstrated in digital marketing recruitment within high-growth industries. Earlier roles included positions at ZDigital concerning internet sales and marketing for small businesses, as well as experiences in member experience at Wild Alaskan Company and account management at Evergreen. Rowland holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sustainability Studies from San Diego State University and has interned in legislative and agricultural research roles.
