Becki Wallace is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in technical recruitment and program management. Currently serving as Recruiting Operations Manager and previously as Principal Technical Recruiter at MathWorks since January 2012, Becki specializes in building long-term relationships with hiring managers to drive innovation through program and software development roles. Prior to MathWorks, Becki held the position of Associate Director of Admissions at The New England Institute of Art and served as Senior Account Manager/Recruiter at Kforce Inc., focusing on IT and engineering recruitment. Early career experience includes a role as Sales Manager at Nordstrom. Becki earned a BS in Mass Communications from Boston University in 2004.
