Sherrylynn Cotter currently serves as a Senior Manager at Mathtech since March 2020, where responsibilities include leading change management and project management for various initiatives, including advising on an AAMVA project. Previously, Sherrylynn worked at the State of Rhode Island from April 2006 to March 2020 in multiple roles, such as Assistant Director of Special Projects and Project Manager, where notable projects included the Integrated Library System for the Department of Corrections and the DMV Modernization Project. Sherrylynn's extensive career also includes IT training management for judges and judicial employees, developing training programs for the State's IT personnel, and earlier roles in IT training and sales. Sherrylynn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communicative Disorders from the University of Rhode Island and has furthered education at Bryant University.
