Sarah Butterworth is a dedicated Math Curriculum Specialist at Mathspace since February 2022, where development of math content aligned with various educational standards has been a key focus. Previous experience includes roles as a Mathematics Instructor at the Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth, where monitoring student progress and utilizing distance education technologies were integral responsibilities. As a Mathematics Tutorial Assistant at the same institution, Sarah developed lessons for high school honors courses and supported a competitive math club. Additional teaching roles include online College Algebra instruction at Achieve, and tutoring positions with Varsity Tutors and privately. Sarah's educational background includes a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Hannibal-LaGrange University.
