Rachel Niedzwiecki has over 25 years of work experience in the field of human resources. Rachel is currently the Director, Human Resources Business Partner at Mathematica, where they manage various areas within the HR function and provides guidance to senior management on employment issues and HR policies. Before this role, Rachel held the position of Associate Director, Human Resources at Mathematica from 2013 to 2021, where they were responsible for recruitment, employee relations, HRMS, affirmative action reporting/compliance, immigration, career counseling, training, employee morale, and retention. Prior to joining Mathematica, they served as a Senior Human Resources Manager at the company from 2005 to 2013. Rachel also gained experience as a Senior Recruiter at PharmaNet Development Group, Inc. from 2004 to 2005 and as a Human Resources Associate at Princeton University from 2001 to 2004. Rachel started their career as a Human Resources Generalist at Mathematica from 1996 to 2001.

Rachel Niedzwiecki earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The College of New Jersey from 1990 to 1994. Rachel then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at Rutgers University from 1995 to 2000. Additionally, Rachel obtained certifications in Change Agility, Resilient HR, and The Strategic HR Business Partner from the Josh Bersin Academy in 2021 and 2022 respectively.
