Leslie Foster has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Leslie currently holds the position of Vice President, Research, Strategy, and Analytics at Mathematica, where they lead a multidisciplinary team in generating and applying evidence to promote access, quality, equity, and cost containment in healthcare and public health. Prior to this, Leslie was an Executive Director at Mathematica and also served as a Senior Researcher for over a decade. Before joining Mathematica, Leslie worked as an Evaluation Consultant at TCC Group, managing evaluation assignments for nonprofit organizations, foundations, and corporate philanthropies. Leslie has also held research roles at Mathematica Policy Research, New York City Department of Health, and Doctors Without Borders USA. Additionally, Leslie gained marketing and communications experience as a Coordinator at Skadden, Arps.
Leslie Foster obtained a Bachelor's degree in Dramatic Literature from New York University in the years 1987 to 1991. Later, from 1997 to 1999, they pursued a Master's degree in Public Policy and Nonprofit Management at the same university.
