John Kozar has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. John started their career at Georgetown University as a Payment Plan Specialist from 2006 to 2007. John then joined Crossroads Media, LLC as a Contract Position for the 2008 Presidential Campaigns. In 2008, they moved on to Handwriting Without Tears, where they worked as an Operations & Inventory Control Coordinator until 2011, before transitioning to a Business Analyst role until 2015. Currently, they are employed by Mathematica Policy Research as a Data Analytics Lead. In this role, they specialize in data visualization and SQL Server programming for data exploration, testing, and program management. John collaborates with government agencies and private firms to design and develop tools to meet their data, research, and policy-making needs.

John Kozar earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration: Pre-Law from Michigan State University between 2001 and 2005.
