Libby Miller has extensive experience in revenue cycle management and healthcare operations. Currently overseeing revenue cycle operations at Maternal Fetal Medicine PLLC since June 2012, Libby also serves as Epic Director at Mount Sinai Medical Center, leading compliance efforts during the electronic record transition. Previous roles include consulting on revenue cycle operations at Saint Barnabas Hospital, assisting with billing and collections at Montefiore Medical Center, and teaching medical billing and coding at SUNY Westchester Community College. Additional experience includes managing financial operations for Columbia University's Division of Maternal Fetal Medicine and various roles at Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, where Libby developed foundational knowledge in provider services and claims processing. Educational qualifications include a BS in Business Administration from Mercy University and an AAS in Business Administration from Westchester Community College.
