Vinder Bhambra, PMP, serves as the Senior Director of Global Engineering at Materion Corporation since 2020, overseeing global capital portfolios and leading the Global Engineering organization across multiple business units. Previously, Vinder held positions at Kennametal as Global Program Management for Factory Modernization, and at ASR Group as Senior Director of Global Corporate Engineering, focusing on project management and capital projects. Vinder’s extensive experience includes a tenure at Bemis Company, where responsibilities spanned senior engineering management, program management in R&D, and project management in corporate engineering. Earlier career roles include Engineering Manager at Schneider Electric, where Vinder led automation and controls engineering initiatives. Vinder holds a BSEE in Controls and Factory Automation from Cleveland State University, a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute, and a degree in Operations and Operational Excellence from Weatherhead School of Management.
