Joerg Kling is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in production and manufacturing across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Operations Manager for melt shops at Materion Corporation since February 2020, Joerg has previously held positions as a Production Manager at Ulmatec LLC, where responsibilities included managing start-up activities for an industrial dust and fume extraction manufacturer, and at FM Industries during a restructuring phase. Joerg's extensive experience also includes over 21 years with Heraeus, overseeing the manufacturing of precious metal catalyst systems and successfully relocating production lines. Joerg holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ludwig Geissler Technical College in Germany.
