Colin Van Dusseldorp is currently the Manager of HRIS at Materion Corporation since February 2023. Prior to this role, Colin served as a Senior Analyst for Workday at IJA Strategies, supporting a diverse range of clients across multiple industries until February 2023. Colin's experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill spanned from August 2015 to May 2021, where responsibilities included serving as a key stakeholder during the Kronos implementation, maintaining HRIS responsibilities, and designing and implementing Workday solutions. Colin's career began at Grand Valley State University, where roles included Level 1 Help Desk Support, managing a high volume of service requests. Colin holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Bellevue University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a minor in Mathematical Statistics from Grand Valley State University.
