Vincent Hervier began their work experience as a high-level volleyball athlete at Nice Volley Ball from 2016 to 2017. Vincent then transitioned to the real estate industry, starting as a junior negotiator at Vincent Immobilier from 2017 to 2019. Vincent continued their career at Espace Immobilier as an assistant property manager from 2019 to 2020, and later as a junior condominium manager from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Success Manager at Matera, starting in November 2022.

Vincent Hervier completed their Bachelor's degree in "Responsable d'Affaires Immobilières" from SUPTERTIAIRE in 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a BTS in "Professions Immobilières" from the same institution between 2017 and 2019. Vincent continued their education at GROUPE ESPI, where they earned a Master's degree in "Administration et Gestion Immobilières" from 2020 to 2022.
