Brian Kelly is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-level chef positions. Currently serving as the Executive Head Chef at Mater Private Network since August 2019, Brian previously held similar roles at Hamilton Park Health Care Centre and CityNorth Hotel & Conference Centre. Between 2013 and 2015, Brian contributed as a Food Development Chef at KSG. Prior to these roles, Brian excelled as the Executive Head Chef at the Clarion Hotel for over a decade. Additionally, a term as Chef Advisor for the Football Association of Ireland from August 2008 to September 2009 highlights Brian's versatility and expertise in the culinary field.
