Rowan Foster serves as the Director of Corporate & Community Engagement at Mater Foundation since October 2020, following a significant tenure as Head of Fundraising at Endeavour Foundation. Prior experience includes managing stakeholder engagement for the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games Corporation and leading corporate partnerships at Mater Foundation, demonstrating a strong background in strategic fundraising and stakeholder relations. As a co-founder and program lead of Smiling for Smiddy, Foster played a pivotal role in raising over $12 million for cancer research. Additionally, experience spans communication roles in government and private sectors, complemented by a Bachelor of Business in Communication from Queensland University of Technology.
