Franziska Lödige has a diverse work experience spanning a range of creative roles. Franziska started their career in 2012 as a photographer at Hirschmeier Media, where they worked until 2014. Following that, they joined NOW Medienagentur as a Mediengestalterin Digital & Print from 2014 to 2017. In 2017, they worked as a Creative Art-Director at Khador until 2018. From 2017 onwards, they also worked as a Freelance Grafikdesigner at phineartstudio. In 2019, Franziska joined Personalhaus Gruppe as a Creative Manager, where they worked until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Marketing Manager at Mate since December 2022.

Franziska Lödige completed a professional education in digital and print media design, specializing in both design and technical aspects, from Berufskolleg Senne. This education took place from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued a professional photography education at Multi Media Berufsbildende Schulen Hannover (MMBbS) from 2012 to 2014.
