Kirill Krupin has been in the professional workforce since 2011. In 2011, they began working at Teorema Holding PLC as a Marketing Assistant. In 2013, they moved to Home Credit Bank as a Corporate Development Manager. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at LIDER GROUP as a B2B Sales Manager and at XAIN AG as a Marketing Manager and Business Development Intern. In 2018, they began working at START Berlin as a Chief Financial Officer. In 2019, they began working at MatchX GmbH as a Business Development Manager.

Kirill Krupin obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Saint Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics between 2010 and 2016. Kirill then went on to pursue a Master's degree in International Business from IU International University of Applied Sciences, which they completed in 2018.
