Daniel Martin MIRP CertRP has extensive experience in recruitment, particularly in the aerospace and aviation sectors. As the Aerospace Recruitment Team Leader at Matchtech since July 2013, Daniel has demonstrated expertise in leading a team dedicated to placing aerospace professionals both in the UK and internationally. Previous roles at Matchtech include Senior Recruitment Consultant and Aerospace Engineering Recruitment Consultant, focusing on permanent placements for Aerospace Engineers. Prior to this, Daniel worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland as a Customer Service Associate, where efficiency and customer relations were key, and started a career in customer service at Sainsbury's. Daniel holds A Levels from South Downs College and GCSEs from Portchester Community School.
