Sanjana Vaidya is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Global Head of HR at MatchPoint since April 2024. Prior to this role, Sanjana spent nearly two decades at Zensar Technologies, where significant positions included Head HR - Hyderabad and Associate VP & function head of HR Talent Processes and Diversity & Inclusion. Sanjana's expertise encompasses HR talent processes, employee relations, and management of internal complaints related to women's safety at work. Additionally, Sanjana has been involved in initiatives supporting women in technology through roles at We-ACE and BD Foundation. Academic qualifications include a PGDHRM in HR from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a certification in performance management from AON Hewitt.
