Jeff Sublett currently serves as the Card Operations Lead at Matchday since December 2022, focusing on NFT Foundry operations. Prior to this role, Jeff held various positions at Blackbaud from May 2012 to July 2021, culminating in the role of Head of Sales Operations, where an emphasis was placed on integrating the right sales processes and tools to enhance productivity. Jeff's experience also includes a significant tenure at Convio in multiple sales management roles and a prior role as Associate Account Executive at Texas Star Document Solutions. Jeff's early career involved positions in sales at Dell Inc. and as Vice President at Welborn Tree Care, LLC. Additionally, Jeff managed operational aspects and staff at Cozumel Siete - El Arroyo Restaurant. Jeff holds a BA in Studio Art from The University of Texas at Austin.
