Lyndelle O'Keefe is the Founder and CEO of Match & Wood, which has achieved multiple accolades, including being the Mumbrella Media Agency of the Year Winner in 2023 and a finalist for the same award in 2024. Under Lyndelle's leadership, Match & Wood has garnered several awards, such as the B&T Awards for Best CTV Campaign in 2023 and the MFA Awards for Best Pro Bono/Cause Marketing Campaign in 2023. Prior to founding Match & Wood, Lyndelle served as Strategy Director at Initiative and held similar roles at Slingshot and bellamyhayden. Lyndelle began a career in media at MediaCom as a Business Manager. Educational background includes a BA in Communications/Media from Macquarie University and training at AdSchool Australia.
