Duy (Jay) Huynh has several years of experience in various roles and companies. Duy(Jay) started their career as the CEO of Mat Bao Corporation in 2015. In 2012, they co-founded CHILI, a company that aimed to provide low-cost websites for small businesses. Despite a previous failed project, Duy remained determined and relaunched CHILI with the same mission. In 2019, they co-founded MIFI e-invoice, a secure e-invoice operating platform for businesses. MIFI operates on Azure's cloud computing platform and is licensed by the General Department of Taxation of Vietnam. Overall, Duy has a strong background in entrepreneurship and a focus on providing affordable solutions for small businesses.

Duy (Jay) Huynh attended the University of Architecture of Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) from 1997 to 2003. Duy(Jay) obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Urban design during this time.
