Michael SHIN has a strong background in the beauty and wellness industry. Michael is currently the Director of Brands and Executive Vice President at Matas A/S, where they are responsible for building a portfolio of beauty and wellness brands for international markets. Prior to this, they co-founded and served as the Managing Director of Sif Cosmetics GmbH, where they developed and implemented strategies for the launch of a highly-innovative skin serum. Michael also held a senior leadership position at Elizabeth Arden, where they were responsible for the P&L of the European business and created a new European strategy.
