Ryan Leaders currently serves as the Director of Network Planning & Operations at MTA Solutions since May 2023. Prior to this role, Ryan held the position of Director Network Planning & GIS at Matanuska Telecom Association from May 2022 to May 2023 and spent over 14 years at Matanuska Telephone Association in various capacities, including Network Planner and OSP Splicing Supervisor. Ryan began the career at TelAlaska, where roles included OSP Engineer and I & R Technician from October 1999 to February 2008. Ryan is pursuing an Associate's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the University of Alaska Anchorage, expected to graduate in December 2024.
