Jess Gilbert, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Marketing + Communications at MTA Solutions since March 2018, overseeing storytelling initiatives for Alaska's leading broadband company. Previously held roles include Corporate Communications Manager and Marketing Specialist, focusing on digital marketing, product management, and event planning. Prior to MTA, Jess Gilbert worked at Wells Fargo from February 2012 to February 2018, where responsibilities included program management and service supervision within high-volume banking environments. Jess Gilbert holds a Master of Business Administration in International Marketing from City University of Seattle (2020-2023) and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from West Virginia University (2007-2010).
