Sabrena Combs has extensive experience in community engagement and public service, currently serving as the Community & Employee Engagement Coordinator at Matanuska Electric Association, Inc. since February 2007, with roles including Community Relations Specialist and Member Development Specialist. In addition to assisting members with engineering and building processes, Sabrena acts as the Cannabis Liaison for the industry. Sabrena has also contributed as a Board Member for the American Lung Association Alaska since March 2020, served as a City Council Member for the City of Palmer from October 2017 to May 2022, and held leadership positions with Mat-Su Miners Baseball and United Way of Mat-Su.
