Avery Sleeper is currently employed as a Division Order Analyst at Matador Resources Company, a position held since June 2023. In addition, Avery is an active member of both the National Association Of Division Order Analyst and the Houston Association of Division Order Analysts. Previous experience includes an internship as a Division Orders Assistant at CIMA ENERGY, LP from May 2020 to January 2023. Avery holds two Bachelor of Business Administration degrees from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business, one in Business Administration and Management and another in Human Resources Management.
