Caroline Lekakos is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as a Senior Associate at Matador Capital Management LLC since October 2023. Previously, Caroline held the position of Acquisitions Analyst at TruAmerica Multifamily from June 2021 to October 2023, contributing to East Coast acquisitions and participating in the ESG Committee. Prior experience includes roles as a Client Services Coordinator at CBRE in Washington, D.C. and as Front Desk Staff at SoulCycle Inc. Caroline also worked as a Project Assistant in International Trade at Wiley Rein LLP and completed independent research as a Biehl Research Fellow at Sewanee: The University of the South in Rome, Italy. Early career experiences include internships at ExecVision and the U.S. House of Representatives, as well as a Summer Research Associate role at SeraphimGLOBAL. Caroline studied at The University of the South and also completed study abroad coursework in Art History and History at John Cabot University in 2017.
