Karman Kaur is currently serving as the Sales Operations Manager at Masu Brakes Pvt Ltd since June 2021, where responsibilities include managing the end-to-end RFP process and maintaining records in Salesforce and SAP. Additionally, Karman has been a Mentor at Leap Scholar since October 2020. Prior experience includes various roles at Officeworks from September 2015 to October 2020, encompassing positions such as Account Manager, Business Specialist, and Team Manager. Karman also worked as a Volunteer Recruitment Assistant at The Salvation Army in early 2017 and served as Sales Development Manager at HDFC Life, recognized twice as Sales Champion of the Month. Karman holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and HR from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Maharaja Surajmal Institute, along with German language qualifications from Goethe Institut Indien.
