Mattia De Simone is currently working at MasterVoice since March 2006 as the Responsabile servizio di assistenza, overseeing technical assistance on VoIP phone systems based on SIP with Linux operating system. Mattia coordinates the technical service sector, plans installations and maintenance interventions, provides phone assistance, and conducts on-site interventions for larger clients. Mattia previously worked at penta service s.p.a. from September 2001 to November 2003 as a Tecnico delle riparazioni, where Mattia was responsible for computer assembly/repair. Mattia holds a degree as a Java Programmer from IFOA and a degree as a Computer Expert from Istituto superiore Blaise Pascal.
