Victoria Eagles is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and business development within the technology and intelligence sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Intelligence Community Career Agent at MasterPeace Solutions since March 2017, Victoria specializes in recruiting top executives and engineers for technology startups and the Intelligence Community. Additionally, Victoria is the Diversity and Inclusion Chair, leading initiatives to enhance equity across the organization. Victoria's entrepreneurial spirit is evident as the Owner/Founder of My Bouquet Today and a Board Member at Daisy's Love, alongside previous roles that include business development at LEAD360 and recruitment director positions at Roth Legal Search and Major, Lindsey & Africa.
