Suzette Fletcher, MEd, currently serves as the Veterans Committee Co-Chair and Training Development for the National Career Development Association since September 2022, focusing on aiding military and veteran individuals with career transitions. In addition, Suzette holds the position of MasterLIFE Counselor and Trainer at MasterLube, providing training for personal growth and assisting employees in developing career pathways. Previous experience includes teaching technology and workplace skills at Billings Adult Education, where responsibilities included administering career readiness assessments and instructing various computer applications. Suzette has also contributed to the National Career Development Association in developing career competencies for veterans and has worked as a technology specialist in the Billings Public Schools. With a robust education background that includes a Master's degree in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling and another in Educational Leadership, Suzette's career reflects a strong commitment to education and professional development.
