William Gaddis has extensive experience in the boating industry, currently serving in a technical and sales role at New England WaterSports since August 2017 and as the Manager of Technical Services at MasterCraft Boat Company since July 2000. In this managerial position, William Gaddis is responsible for the creation and delivery of technical training programs, providing technical advice to dealerships, and resolving technical concerns. Previous roles at MasterCraft include Training/Product Coordinator, where collaboration with engineering and suppliers was essential for developing training and troubleshooting guides, as well as Warranty and Technical Representative, focusing on customer service and technical support. Prior to MasterCraft, William Gaddis worked in a warranty role and held a purchasing position at Turtle Mountain from 1987 to 2005. William Gaddis holds an Associate degree in Computer Science/Business from Draughons Junior College, completed in 1991.
