Jeremy Hughes has a diverse work experience starting in 2002 as a Cisco Systems LAN Switching TAC Engineer at Convergys. From 2003 to 2010, they worked as an Operations Analyst at Unisys, where they analyzed client incident data and customer satisfaction surveys, producing reports using SQL queries. Jeremy then joined HRN Management Group in 2010 as a Technical Support and Database Specialist, providing IT support, managing fileserver backup tapes, and running SQL queries in Microsoft SQL and MySQL databases.
