Darren Jolley has over 30 years of experience in the Information Technology and Enterprise Services industry. Currently serving as the EMEA Enterprise Support Team Leader at MasterControl since August 2018, Darren has progressed through several roles, including Senior Technical Services Engineer II and Technical Services Engineer. Prior to this, Darren worked at HP from July 1995 to April 2018, providing L2 support for OpenVMS in the EMEA region, where responsibilities included addressing customer issues such as system crashes and software development performance concerns. Earlier in Darren's career, from 1989 to 1995, a role as System Manager at Strategic Security Systems International Limited was held.
