Vincent Richir is an experienced professional in public policy and corporate communications, currently serving as Director of Public Policy for Western Europe and Director of Public Policy for France & Benelux at Mastercard. Previously, Vincent held the position of Chair of the Digital Finance Working Group at DIGITALEUROPE and worked as Policy Manager for France & Southern Europe at DJI. Prior roles include serving as a public affairs and corporate communications consultant at APCO Worldwide and an intern in Sophie Auconie's office at the European Parliament. Vincent holds a Master's degree in Public Affairs from Sciences Po Lille and has completed further studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
