Silvana Hernandez is an experienced executive in the financial services industry, currently serving as Executive Vice President of Product for both Latin America and North America at Mastercard. Previously, Silvana held the position of Senior Vice President for Digital Payments at Mastercard and served as Strategy and New Markets Director at Mobile Financial Services, a joint venture between Mastercard and Telefonica International. Silvana also has experience as a Senior Manager at Mastercard Advisors and as Director at Cerenti Marketing Group. Earlier in their career, Silvana worked as a Manager at Delta Partners. Silvana earned an MBA in Strategy from Carnegie Mellon University from 2000 to 2002.
