Shradha Prakash currently serves as VP of Talent & Org at Mastercard and as an Executive Advisor at Rippleworks, a non-profit foundation dedicated to supporting social impact ventures. With previous experience as VP of Talent Management at Prudential Financial, Shradha led initiatives that enhanced business value creation, managing talent strategies for over 10,000 associates. Notable achievements include the pioneering of organizational design and talent transformation programs that generated substantial cost savings. Earlier career roles include project lead at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, lead analyst at Boston Consulting Group, and senior lead at Infosys, where Shradha implemented large-scale HR initiatives affecting hundreds of thousands of employees. Shradha holds a Master’s degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, an MBA in Human Resources Development from the Management Development Institute, and a Bachelor's in Computer Science from Mody College of Engineering and Technology.
