Salil Save is an experienced business development and sales professional currently serving as Director of Specialist Sales and Business Development at Mastercard since October 2024. Previously, Salil co-founded and led AdSkate Inc as CEO from August 2018 to September 2024, overseeing ideation, fundraising, and product development. Prior roles include Director of Business Development at Aislelabs, Sales and Business Development Manager at QuEST Global, and Manager of Business Development at Mindteck, where responsibilities encompassed new business development, account management, and strategic solution selling. Early in the career, Salil gained experience as a Business Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services and a Plant Engineer at Larsen & Toubro Limited. Salil holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
