Diarmuid Considine is an experienced professional in fraud and risk management, currently serving as Vice President for Security Innovation, Cyber & Intelligence Solutions at Mastercard since June 2017, focusing on Crypto Risk and product development. Prior roles at Mastercard include Vice President of Global Product Management for Financial Crime and Vice President of Fraud and Risk Product Management, where Diarmuid led significant advancements in fraud detection and risk management strategies. As a Strategic Advisor for Nuggets, Diarmuid lends expertise in payment operations and blockchain technology. Previous experience includes independent consulting for Accertify, serving as a Global Board Member and Chair of the European Advisory Board for the Merchant Risk Council, and leading commerce operations at Skype. Diarmuid began a professional career managing fraud at Virgin Mobile Australia and O2 Ireland after earning a degree in Business Studies and Economics from the University of Limerick.
