Cindy Chastain, currently working at Mastercard since November 2014, holds the title of SVP, Global Head of Customer Experience & Design. With experience in various companies such as Global Nomads Group, R/GA, and Canvas, Cindy has a background in executive creative direction, user experience design, and consulting. Cindy has also served as an adjunct professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology - State University of New York. Cindy's educational background includes a BS in Communications from Northwestern University and an MFA in Screenwriting from Columbia University.
