Adam Zitter is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in the areas of strategic initiatives and technology. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Mastercard since 2011, Zitter leads legal teams supporting global operations, strategy, and corporate development, among other key areas. Previous roles at Mastercard include Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, where Zitter managed legal support for technology and operations, and Vice President, Senior Managing Counsel, overseeing loyalty products and services. Before Mastercard, Zitter was an associate at White & Case, specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Zitter holds a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania. In recognition of outstanding performance, Zitter received the CEO Award in 2014.
